Set Up: Have three lines at the top of the 15m. Each player should be wearing a different color. Drill: The coach rolls the ground ball out and it’s a 1v1v1 ground ball fight. The winner goes to goal and the losers double ball. The play is finished when the ball is out of bounds, a goal is scored or the defense clears it past the RL. Players should ALWAYS chase. It's not over until it's over. The possession and double teams can change during one play.
