3 girls 1 Ball:

1. the Middle player M1 passes to the outside player M2
2. as M1 runs around M2, M2 then makes the long pass to A1.
3. The A2 throws a pass to M1as soon as they come around M2. 
4. M2 then throws back to A2 and runs around A2, while A2 passes to M2.

M1 continues to be in the middle for a set time (30-45 sec)

Each player takes a turn in middle X2
